What You’ll Be Able to Demo

The following robots are the latest solutions that can be viewed in the AHS Innovations Lab.

Exotec Skypod

The Skypod system utilizes 3D mobile robots that are able to move in 3 dimensions. Laser scanner navigation and AI allow the Skypods to navigate in a multidirectional manner, carrying 30+ kg bins. This frees up time for the employees to focus on packing and shipping, avoiding long-distance walks to access inventory.

StorageBoT

Allows for onboard storage of cases, totes, or other materials up to 440 lbs. With built-in sensors and cameras, the StorageBoT can safely avoid obstacles without a need to alter your facility.

TransportBoT

The TransportBoT is designed to automate the internal transportation of heavy payloads up to 2,200lbs. It is equipped with the newest laser-scanner technology and has optimal safety with a 360-degree view.

ConveyBoT

The ConveyBoT allows for cases, totes or other materials to be conveyed on or off a conveyor. It can dynamically replace fixed conveyor solutions or can be utilized for sortation.

F3 Nipper

The Nipper is a compact automated vehicle for unmanned internal pallet transport. It can easily lift pallets up to 1000kg, safely navigate through narrow spaces, and consumes limited amounts of energy.

UR5e

The UR Robot is lightweight, space-saving, and easy to redeploy to multiple applications without changing production layouts. These collaborative robots can be moved between tasks quickly and are able to reuse programs for repetitive tasks.

AutoGuide

The Max N10 Pallet Stacker is an automated counterbalanced lift truck with a payload capacity of 1,770 lbs and a high capacity version for up to 2,650 lbs.
